Mo. Rev. Stat. § 537.500: Where waste committed pending suit, receiver may take possession.

If the tenant in possession of any land shall, pending a suit to recover or charge said land, commit any waste thereon, the court in which the suit may be pending may order a receiver to take possession of the land.
