Chapter 54 - County Treasurers

The person elected or appointed county treasurer shall, after giving bond according to law, take the oath prescribed by the constitution of this state, which oath shall be endorsed on his commission. The commission and endorsement shall be promptly recorded in the recorder's office of the proper county.
