Mo. Rev. Stat. § 550.310: Judge or other officer violating law, how punished.

Every judge, prosecuting attorney, clerk or judge who shall knowingly violate any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not exceeding one thousand dollars.
