Chapter 56 - Circuit and Prosecuting Attorneys and County Counselors

The provisions of sections 56.750 to 56.775 are severable. If any part of sections 56.750 to 56.775 is declared invalid or unconstitutional, it is the intent of the legislature that the remaining portions of sections 56.750 to 56.775 shall remain and be in full force and effect.
