Mo. Rev. Stat. § 573.023: Sexual exploitation of a minor — penalties.

1. A person commits the offense of sexual exploitation of a minor if such person knowingly or recklessly photographs, films, videotapes, produces or otherwise creates obscene material with a minor or child sexual abuse material.

2. The offense of sexual exploitation of a minor is a class B felony unless the minor is a child, in which case it is a class A felony.
