Mo. Rev. Stat. § 58.120: Travel expense (counties of third and fourth classification).

In each county of the third and fourth classifications, the county commission shall allow the coroner, payable at the end of each month out of the county treasury, the amount provided under section 50.333 for each mile actually and necessarily traveled in the performance of the coroner's official duties.
