Mo. Rev. Stat. § 58.457: Penalty for failure to report death (certain counties).

Any person failing to supply the information required by section 58.451 is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than sixty days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
