Mo. Rev. Stat. § 589.035: Center to be separate entity within department — effective date.

The director shall transfer the state center for the prevention and control of sexual assault as created pursuant to section 589.030 from the committee on criminal justice to a status as a separate entity within the department to more effectively aid and assist victims of sexual assault crimes.
