Mo. Rev. Stat. § 59.003: Requests for records dated after December 31, 1969 to be made at original recorder's office.

All requests for records filed or recorded by the recorder of deeds under this chapter dated after December 31, 1969, shall be made to the office of the recorder of deeds in which the record was originally recorded.
