Mo. Rev. Stat. § 59.570: Records rebound, when.

When the county commission of any county in this state shall deem it necessary, it shall have power to order any of the books or records in or belonging to the office of recorder of deeds of such county to be rebound, and to allow a reasonable compensation therefor, to be paid out of the county treasury.
