Mo. Rev. Stat. § 630.006: Intellectually disabled and intellectual disability, use of terms — revisor to change statutory references.

The phrases "mentally retarded" and "mental retardation" shall be referred to as "intellectually disabled" and "intellectual disability", respectively. The revisor of statutes shall make the appropriate changes to all such references in the revised statutes.
