Mo. Rev. Stat. § 630.310: Receipt of funds of patient, procedure.

A department residential facility may accept funds which a parent, guardian or other person wishes to provide for the use or benefit of a patient or resident of the facility. The possession and use of such funds shall be governed by section 630.305 and by any additional directions given by the provider of the funds.
