Mo. Rev. Stat. § 630.650: Cooperation with department of social services.

The department of social services shall cooperate with the department of mental health and its facilities in locating licensed residential facilities, day programs and specialized services, in visiting and inspecting them, and in submitting inspection and other reports regarding them and the department clients placed therein.
