Mo. Rev. Stat. § 630.781: Compensation of receiver.

1. The court shall set the compensation of the receiver, which shall be considered a necessary expense of a receivership.

2. A receiver may be required by the court to post a bond, which shall be considered a necessary expense of the receivership.
