Mo. Rev. Stat. § 643.300: Citation of law — mandate of Congress.

Sections 643.300 to 643.355 shall be known as the "Air Quality Attainment Act". The enactment of the air quality attainment act and any subsequent amendments to such act are a mandate of the United States Congress under the federal Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 7401, et seq.
