Mo. Rev. Stat. § 644.507: Exception to limitations on bond interest rates.

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 644.505 or any other provision to the contrary, bonds evidencing the indebtedness heretofore authorized by the general assembly pursuant to Article III, Section 37(b), but not yet issued, may, after December 20, 1982, be issued bearing such rate or rates of interest as may be determined by the board of fund commissioners.
