Mo. Rev. Stat. § 70.140: Political subdivisions shall be notified of agreements.

Each agreement entered into pursuant to section 70.130 shall contain the names of the political subdivisions in whose behalf it is consummated and a statement of the proportionate share of the payment by the United States to which each political subdivision shall be entitled. The county commission shall immediately notify each political subdivision in whose behalf an agreement is entered into of the consummation thereof.
