Chapter 70 - Powers of Political Subdivisions to Cooperate or Contract with Governmental Units

All money received pursuant to any such contract or cooperative action, under the provisions of sections 70.210 to 70.320, unless otherwise provided by law, shall be deposited in such fund or funds and disbursed in accordance with the provisions of such contract or cooperative action.
