Chapter 70 - Powers of Political Subdivisions to Cooperate or Contract with Governmental Units

The state of Missouri shall not contribute directly or indirectly to finance the system, except those amounts which the political subdivision may receive from time to time under a law or laws providing for a general apportionment of political subdivision moneys throughout the state.
