Chapter 70 - Powers of Political Subdivisions to Cooperate or Contract with Governmental Units

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the board shall have full power to invest and reinvest the funds and moneys of the system in improved real estate, including collective real estate funds and real estate investment trusts, wherever situated.
