Mo. Rev. Stat. § 700.065: Manufactured homes to be anchored.

All new manufactured homes located in this state shall be anchored and tied down in accordance with the standards promulgated by the commission pursuant to the provisions of sections 700.010 to 700.115 and 700.650 to 700.692.
