Mo. Rev. Stat. § 701.334: Promotion of minority persons.

The department shall promote and encourage minorities and females and minority- and female-owned entities to apply for licensure pursuant to section 701.312 as licensed lead inspectors, risk assessors, project designers, and lead abatement contractors, supervisors and workers.
