Mo. Rev. Stat. § 701.515: Investigation of complaints — attorney general may enforce.

The director shall investigate complaints received concerning violations of sections 701.500 to 701.515 and shall report the results of such investigations to the attorney general. The attorney general may institute proceedings to enforce the provisions of sections 701.500 to 701.515.
