Mo. Rev. Stat. § 71.660: Discontinuance of tax for band fund, procedure.

A petition, signed by at least ten percent of the voters, may at any time be presented asking that the following question be submitted:

Shall the tax for the creation of a "band fund" be discontinued?

and if a majority of the votes be cast in favor of said question, no further tax shall be made.
