Mo. Rev. Stat. § 8.450: Two-thirds vote of board required for bonds.

Bonds may be issued under the provisions of sections 8.370 to 8.450 pursuant to a resolution adopted by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of the board and no other proceedings shall be required therefor.
