Mo. Rev. Stat. § 8.622: Renovation and new construction by state or new construction by political subdivision to be accessible and usable by the disabled — standards.

In all renovation and new construction undertaken by this state, and in all new construction undertaken by any political subdivision of this state, the standard specifications for making such public improvements accessible to and usable by the physically disabled shall be the specifications most recently published by the American National Standards Institute, Inc. (ANSI).
