Mo. Rev. Stat. § 8.823: Division to recommend energy efficiency projects.

The division shall recommend funding of energy efficiency projects in state buildings. The division shall use energy efficiency analyses provided by the department and review criteria established by the division with the purpose of achieving the maximum reduction in energy usage consistent with the constraints of prudent cost justification.
