Mo. Rev. Stat. § 8.849: Federal petroleum violation escrow fund to be used to fund projects.

The department shall authorize the use of available federal petroleum violation escrow funds for the administration of sections 8.830 to 8.851. Such funds may be used by the department, or by the office of administration if authorized by the department.
