Chapter 82 - Constitutional Charter Cities (Home Rule)

Whenever any change in the number of wards or alteration in the boundaries of any ward shall be made, or new wards shall be established, there shall be no election of a representative to the municipal legislature for such ward until the general election for corporation officers.
