Chapter 82 - Constitutional Charter Cities (Home Rule)

The said license collector shall, on Monday of each week, pay to the treasurer of such city all moneys received by him for licenses and license tax; said treasurer shall issue duplicate receipts therefor, one of which he shall deliver to the license collector, the other to the auditor of such city.
