Chapter 82 - Constitutional Charter Cities (Home Rule)

Any city having a population of three hundred thousand or more shall have the exclusive right to regulate the use of gates on streetcars operated in said city, and shall have the exclusive right to regulate passengers in getting on or off said streetcars.
