Mo. Rev. Stat. § 82.607: Additional duty, financial report.

The city treasurer in any constitutional charter city in this state with more than six hundred thousand population shall annually compile and send to the treasurer of the state of Missouri a financial report showing the investments and deposits of such city on which interest or dividends are earned and the rate and total amount of such interest or dividends.
