Mo. Rev. Stat. § 86.1380: Certification by the board to the city for amount to be paid to the retirement system.

The retirement board shall before October fifteenth of each year certify to the chief financial officer of such city the amount to be paid by the city to the retirement pension system for the succeeding fiscal year, as otherwise provided by sections 86.1310 to 86.1640.
