Mo. Rev. Stat. § 87.105: Penalty for misrepresentation.

Any member of the fire department who, upon entering such fire department, makes any misstatement or misrepresentation as to his physical condition or understatement of his age, shall, for himself and his dependents, forfeit all rights to participate in the benefits of sections 87.010 to 87.105.
