Mo. Rev. Stat. § 87.262: Representative may be appointed to hold title to investments.

Nothing in the provisions of sections 87.120 to 87.370 shall be construed as prohibiting the retirement system from appointing, designating, and using a nominee or representative for purposes of acquiring, holding title to, and disposing of those investments which are authorized by section 87.260.
