Chapter 88 - Public Works and Special Assessments — Condemnation

The judge shall allow the commissioners and court officials reasonable compensation for their services, which, together with all other costs accruing up to and including confirmation of the commissioners' report, shall be paid by the city. All costs accruing after said time shall be paid by the losing party.
