Chapter 88 - Public Works and Special Assessments — Condemnation

When it becomes necessary for any city to condemn private property outside of the city limits for any authorized purpose the proceedings therefor shall be regulated in all respects as the condemnation of property for railroad purposes is at the time regulated by law.
