Chapter 88 - Public Works and Special Assessments — Condemnation

All special tax bills issued under the provisions of sections 88.832 to 88.852 for sewers shall be as valid in all respects whatever as the other special tax bills provided for herein and shall be collected in the same manner, containing the same provisions as provided for in sections 88.812 to 88.818 and 88.854.
