Chapter 88 - Public Works and Special Assessments — Condemnation

All of the tax bills, as provided in sections 88.863 to 88.913, shall be certified as correct by the city engineer or other person who has made the computation under authority of the city council, and shall be signed by the mayor, attested by the city clerk under the seal of the city.
