Chapter 9 - Public Holidays

The first Friday in March of each year shall be known and designated as "Dress in Blue for Colon Cancer Awareness Day". It is recommended to the people of the state that the day be appropriately observed by wearing blue and through activities which will increase awareness of colon cancer.
