The county judge or the clerk of the county court upon the filing of the complaint shall thereupon issue a warrant to the following effect:

“The State of Mississippi.

“To the Sheriff of __________ County:

“Whereas, AB hath made complaint, on oath (or affirmation), before me, __________ of the county court for the said county, that CD hath unlawfully turned him out of possession (or unlawfully withholds from him the possession) of certain land (here describe it), lying and being in the said county, and hath prayed the possession thereof, this is therefore to command you to summon the said CD to appear at __________ (which shall be at the usual place of holding the county court), on the ___ day of __________, before the county court, to answer to the complaint.

“Witness my hand, this ___ day of __________.
