Miss. Code Ann. § 37-11-72: Miss. Code Ann. § 37-11-72

As used in Sections 37-11-72 through 37-11-72.2 , the term “ seizure action plan ” means a written, individualized health plan designed to acknowledge and prepare for the health care needs of a student or employee diagnosed with a seizure disorder.
