Miss. Code Ann. § 43-15-109: Miss. Code Ann. § 43-15-109

(1) An application for a license under this article shall be made to the department and shall contain information that the department determines is necessary in accordance with established rules.

(2) Information received by the office through reports, complaints, investigations and inspections shall be classified as public in accordance with Title 25, Chapter 61, Mississippi Code of 1972 , Mississippi Public Records Act.
