Miss. Code Ann. § 59-9-39: Miss. Code Ann. § 59-9-39

Attorney's fees for the issuance of any general obligation bonds authorized by the provisions of this chapter shall not exceed for each issue the following schedule:

(1) Up to and including one million dollars ($1,000,000.00), one per cent (1%).

(2) Above one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and up to and including two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one half of one per cent ( 1 / 2 of 1%).

(3) Above two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), one fourth of one per cent ( 1 / 4 of 1%).
