The filing of a complaint by the community owner or landowner shall constitute consent by the community owner or landowner to the purchaser receiving a Bill of Sale from the sheriff exercising an implied temporary easement to remove the manufactured or mobile home and associated personal property in a reasonable manner and for a reasonable time following the entry of the final order. Such purchaser shall repair any damage to the real property caused by such removal leaving the real property in an unreasonable condition and such purchaser shall be liable to the community owner or landowner for unreasonable damage to the real property.
