In the event of a crash:

(a) The fully autonomous vehicle shall remain on the scene of the crash when required by Article 9, Chapter 3, Title 63, Mississippi Code of 1972 , consistent with its capability under Section 3 of this act.

(b) The owner of the fully autonomous vehicle, or a person on behalf of the vehicle owner, shall report any crashes or collisions consistent with Article 9, Chapter 3, Title 63, Mississippi Code of 1972 .
