Miss. Code Ann. § 63-35-17: Miss. Code Ann. § 63-35-17

(1) A fully autonomous vehicle shall be properly registered with the Department of Revenue in accordance with Section 63-5-39 . If a fully autonomous vehicle is registered in this state, the vehicle shall be identified on the registration as a fully autonomous vehicle.

(2) A fully autonomous vehicle shall be properly titled in accordance with Chapter 21, Title 63, Mississippi Code of 1972 . If a fully autonomous vehicle is titled in this state, the vehicle shall be identified on the title as a fully autonomous vehicle.
