A fully autonomous vehicle that is also a commercial motor vehicle as defined in Sections 63-1-203 and 63-19-3 may operate pursuant to the provisions of Title 63, Mississippi Code of 1972 , which govern the operation of commercial motor vehicles, except that any provision that by its nature reasonably applies only to a human driver does not apply to such a vehicle operating with the automated driving system engaged.
