Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.356: Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.356

(1) The bridge located on Mississippi Highway 25 at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 25 and Mississippi Highway 19 located within the boundaries of Winston County, Mississippi, shall be known as the “Stacey Dale Ricks Memorial Bridge” in honor of the late Stacey Dale Ricks who honorably served as the State National Flood Insurance Program Coordinator and Bureau Director.

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the bridge as described in subsection (1) of this section.
