Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.363: Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.363

(1) The section of Interstate 220 North located in Hinds County, Mississippi, beginning at the Highway 49 intersection in Jackson, Mississippi, and extending north for one (1) mile, is designated and shall be known as the “Senator Douglas Anderson Memorial Highway” in honor of former Mississippi Senator Mr. Douglas Anderson of Jackson, Mississippi.

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
